Costa Rica Naranjo
This exceptional coffee possesses a bright acidity with hints of citrus and chocolate. A smooth body makes this varietal a truly "clean" cup from the beginning.

Costa Rica Tarrazu
Produced high on the Pacific slopes of Costa Rica, this varietal is noted for its balance of full body and richness. Costa Rica Tarrazu offers a hint of spice with some nutty overtones.

Costa Rica LaMinitaOnly about 2,000 bags of this coffee are harvested and sorted by hand at Bill McAlpin's Estate. Few coffees offer the complete balance of body and acidity with it's smooth finish.

Guatemala AntiguaCultivated from the volcanic highlands of the Guatemala Antigua province, this coffee is superbly aromatic, rich and full of flavor. Heavy emphasis on body and acidity.

Mexico Pluma AlturaThis altura or high grown coffee is typical of most coffees from Mexico. Light bodied and nutty with medium acidity and a sweet taste.

Panama Estate This Panamanian coffee offers a lighter body
and a wonderful floral aroma. Sweet, balanced and low acidity make this coffee a wonderful selection.

Brazil CerradoFrom the southern region of Brazil, this varietal is lightly roasted to bring out its sweet taste. Very low acidity and a mild body makes this a great cup of coffee anytime of day.

Colombia Supremo Our Supremo offers a wonderful balance of body and acidity with sweet aroma and pleasing flavor. Colombia Supremo is one of the most recognizable varietal coffees.

Peru Organic Roast Fair Trade/Organic
This Peruvian coffee offers a light to medium body with a hint of acidity. The perfect early morning cup.

Ethiopia Moka HarrarThis coffee is noted for is winey, blueberry flavor with a very soft chocolate or mocha taste in the cup.Its perfectly balanced and richly aromatic with a light body.

Ethiopia YirgacheffeOne of our favorite coffees. This coffee is very winey and quite intense with respect to its body and aroma. This is an especially bold coffee with a clean finish.

Kenya AA
One of Africa's finest coffees. Our medium roast possesses a full body with a hint of acidity. The "AA" designation refers to the largest most evenly graded bean size.

Tanzania Peaberry With a taste similar to that of Kenya AA, our Tanzania Peaberry offers a medium body, rich flavor and a smooth finish.
